I am super impressed by the way you repaired my "broken glasses" so easily and efficiently. I was sure that wildly crooked arms and bent hinges (from accidentally allowing my specs to be dropped onto the floor and inadvertently knocked around by restaurant staff in Bali) would not be an easy fix but your outstanding knowledge of the stresses and workings of the frames you use, allowed you to correct the problem with amazing ease. I am flabbergasted at your skill!!
Thank goodness for good quality spectacles! I have no doubt that other brands would have snapped apart under the same conditions.
It really does pay to choose a professional, optical centre where the staff know what they are doing and actually care about what they do. I will not settle for any others from now on. You have acquired a loyal customer in me.
